Meet the Founder, Kirt!

Kirt has been growing his beard for 12 years and if he could grow it all the way to his toes, he probably would.

At 46, Kirt has had some version of a beard since he was 18. With sensitive skin that bleeds at the mere suggestion of a razor, he learned early that shaving wasn't exactly his thing. So he committed to the beard.

What started as facial hair became something more: a genuine passion for beard care, good grooming, and the ritual of taking pride in how you show up in the world. And growing a great beard has taught him something else along the way: patience. A great beard doesn't happen overnight. It takes time, consistency, and a little faith in the process.

He learned what it meant to be a man through experience, trial and error… not by following someone else's blueprint. He came into his masculinity on his own terms.

For Kirt, being a man means showing up. It means loyalty. It means having your people's backs. It means providing, protecting, and treating women with respect. And yes, opening a door for a woman is the bare minimum.

He's a man's man but one who knows that strength doesn't need to be loud, respect isn't optional, and taking care of yourself is part of taking care of the people around you.
